Prayers, Decrees, Declarations and Injunctions

O Lord our God, good and merciful, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I humbly acknowledge to You that I am a sinner. I lay bare before you the darkest areas of my life. I will give you the things I have done wrong and the areas where I have failed to act as I should. I am sorry for all my known and unknown sins, which I have committed every day of my life, in thought, word, and deed, in both body and soul alike.

I am entirely sorry for the life I have lived and for having offended you, and I sincerely repent. With deep sorrow, I humbly pray to you, O Lord, to forgive me all my past transgressions and absolve me from them. I never want to live like this again.

I firmly believe that your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins. I am now committed to turning away from my sin. I choose to abandon everything I know to be wrong in my life. As I kneel before you in adoration, I am determined, with the help of your grace, to change my way of life and to sin no more; so that I may walk in the path of the righteous and offer praise and glory to you, O Father God, Your Son, and Your Holy Spirit.

You said in your Holy Word in Romans 10:9 that if we confess with our mouths to the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now, I confess Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life. With all my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. This very moment, I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior, and according to Your Word, I am saved.

Lord Jesus Christ, please transform my life. Always lead me to repentance. O Lord God, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, focus my heart on You, and empower me in everything that I do. So that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Jesus Christ, thank you for your unlimited grace, which has saved me from my sins; thank you most especially for dying for me and enabling me to have eternal life.

I ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, My Lord, Savior, and Protector. Amen.
